Feeding the Hungry Orphan Children Campaign: Turn Hunger to Hope For Kenyan Orphans
On May 9, 2026, the Apostolic Episcopal Church (AEC) supports the labors of the Abbey of Saint Mary Theotokos, Inc.’s Feeding the Hungry Orphan Children Campaign: Turn Hunger to Hope for Kenyan Orphans. Its charitable efforts are directed specifically after the devastating impact of the slashing of US foreign aid. The shutdown led to hundreds of thousands of deaths, including children and has caused catastrophic global humanitarian crises.
The specific purpose of the Abbey of Saint Mary Theotokos, Inc. and its campaign of Feeding the Hungry Orphan Children Campaign: Turn Hunger to Hope for Kenyan Orphans is to relieve the suffering of humanity. The Abbey of Saint Mary Theotokos, Inc., is a California qualified tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the USA Internal Revenue Code. All (USA) gifts are tax deductible.
The Order of Franciscans of the Eucharist (OFE), is a chartered religious order of AEC and the OFE is the administrator of the Abbey of Saint Mary Theotokos, Inc. The Most Revd. We are dedicated to providing nutritious meals to children at the St. Lawrence and Margarita Dosal School Orphanage, Republic of Kenya. Just $5.00 can provide around 20 meals for orphan children in urgent need.
The St. Lawrence and Margarita Dosal School Orphanage have answered God’s call to labor in the vineyard by administrating a nutrition program for its orphan children. No public funds in the Republic of Kenya provide this.

Apostolic Episcopal Church Relief Fund
On May 09, 2026, the Apostolic Episcopal Church Relief Fund has been established in response to the recent tornado damage in the town of Purvis, Mississippi, USA. Its charitable efforts are targeted very specifically at financial assistance in paying motel expenses for needy families who have lost the “roof over their heads”. No money will be dispersed to individuals, just to ‘economy’ motels, especially those who offer weekly rates.
The Anglican Heritage Society, the ministry of the Apostolic Episcopal Church in Dallas, Texas, which is a registered 501(c)(3) tax exempt nonprofit corporation, will be the administrator of the Apostolic Episcopal Church Relief Fund. The Society has made an initial donation of $1,000 to inaugurate the fund.
Our goal is to: 1) ease the financial stress involved in securing temporary housing; and 2) to support displaced families with our intercessory prayers, regardless of their religious affiliation. St. Francis of Assisi Sanctification of Families Union (S.F.U.) is the inspiration for setting up the Apostolic Episcopal Church Relief Fund. SFU is an International Confraternity of prayer and ministry of the Order of Franciscans of the Eucharist. Our Deacon, Reverend Deacon Thomas David Gore, S.F.U., is the Co-Director of the Fund. The Relief Fund and S.F.U. will strive to provide the basic needs of families, in addition to working for their holiness and sanctification.
Diploma of Partnership
Order of the Knights of San Rocco in Rome
On April 15, 2026, the Grand Master of the Order of the Knights of San Rocco in Rome, H.E. Renato Parlato, granted a Diploma of Partnership with the Order of Franciscans of the Eucharist.
The Knights of San Rocco (Cavalieri di San Rocco) are a Roman confraternity with deep historical roots, blending religious devotion, charitable works, a strong sense of community and with close ties to the Roman Catholic Church. They are both a religious brotherhood and a charitable institution, rooted in centuries of service to the sick and marginalized, and active in sustaining their spiritual mission in the modern era.
Pope Paul III (1554-1549) instituted a confraternity of San Rocco, which in 1556 was raised to an archconfraternity by Pope Paul IV (1555-1559), and it is from this original foundation that the present fraternal order descends.
The order’s spirit is defined by love for God and neighbor.

[Officially The Holy Eastern Catholic and Apostolic Orthodox Church] and further Titular Bishop of Hebron in the Catholic Apostolic Church: Catholicate of the West. Bishop Sagayam will be designated as Mar +Andrew.
He and his wife Alphonsa are parents of two young daughters Aquila and Amariah and a new baby boy Abriel.

The Order of Franciscans of the Eucharist is a religious order of the Apostolic Episcopal Church and the Catholicate of the West. The Board of Directors and Council members of the O.F.E. have approved the establishment of the O.F.E. Oblates, thus allowing those whose vocation is as Franciscan Tertiaries to become affiliated with the Order.
The Order of Franciscans of the Eucharist Oblates (O.F.E.Obl.) is for ordinary people: men and women, married and single, lay and ordained; Roman Catholic and non-Roman Catholic who are of the “one, holy, catholic, and apostolic church.”
Oblates offer themselves (the meaning of the word oblate) for the service of God and neighbor by word and example. “We must lead people to act as human beings first of all, and then like Christians, and finally we must help them to become saints?” (St. Eugene de Mazenod)

The USA military chaplaincy serves as the military’s spiritual willingness, makes available emotional, moral, and spiritual support to soldiers and their families. They support all faiths and honor the distinct doctrines of their faith while respecting other denominations.
The Primate and Presiding Bishop and the USA Provincials of the West and South of the Apostolic Episcopal Church [Officially The Holy Eastern Catholic and Apostolic Orthodox Church], are launching the USA Military Chaplaincy Candidates Recruitment Project for ordained priests. This noteworthy project will assist us to finalize our church’s application as a designated Chaplaincy Endorsing Religious Organization. Wednesday, July 13, 2022, the O.F.E. Board of Directors and Council meeting convened for the approval of the Amendments to the General Constitutions. The Objective of the Order was approved.
Guided by the grace of the Holy Spirit we are called to achieve the Objective of the Order:
“Clerics, whatever their condition, are to care in their heart for all of the Churches, and therefore to serve her wherever there is great necessity; let them show willingness, especially with the permission or encouragement of their own eparchial bishop or superior, to exercise their ministry in the missions or in regions laboring under a shortage of clergy.” (1990 Code of Canons of Oriental (Eastern) Churches, Canon 393)
The Order of Franciscans of the Eucharist objective is achieved when our religious order and/or priests are recognized and/or incardinated into a participating Eastern Ecclesia which is in union with Rome. The priest and his wife shall then, per Eastern Canon 393, be loaned to a Roman Catholic Diocese which is experiencing a shortage of priests.

She is the wife of Abbot Father Michael Cuozzo+, O.F.E.
